Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at vasconcelosisaac225@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us at vasconcelosisaac225@gmail.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or opened may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
