Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $35
- Flat rate of $4.99 on orders under $35
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time (1–2 business days) is included in this estimate.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package at any time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delays
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at vasconcelosisaac225@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GlowNest Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us and we'll do our best to help.
